46 grams of protein prepped in 5 mins!! Meal prepping smoothie bags is one of my favorite ways to get ready for the week because you can use any ingredients you have, pack in the nutrients, and really ensure you have an easy, healthy snack ready to go when you need it. Perfect for postpartum or anyone needing a quick, delicious, high-protein option.
